16–20 hours. Flexible scheduling options. Red Cross First Aid Instructor or Instructor Trainer. 100% attendance, skills demonstration, and 75% min. passing grade on written exam. 3-year certification in Standard Child Care First Aid, CPR Level B, and AED. 8–9 hours (may not be recognized by some provincial child care legislation, in which case the
entire course has to be retaken).
